Below are a few examples of service projects sponsored by Operation Kindness. Through your partnership and patronage, Coffee Revolution can provide more opportunity to make a positive impact in our community.

NEW BACKPACKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR MORE THAN 100 CHILDREN
Operation Kindness has provided over 100 new backpacks and school supplies to children in the Camas School District over the past two school years (2009-10 and 2010-11).

TODAY'S REVOLUTION
In the past Coffee Revolution would designate that 25% of EVERY SALE that day goes to 'Today's Revolution'.   Past revolutions have included:  PRIDE for Kids, SHARE House, MS Society, Columbia Gorge Medical Center, Blood:Water Mission, Inter-Faith Treasure House, and Forever Changed International. Now we are proud to say every day we put 100% of the profits back into the community.

DON'T JUST GO TO CHURCH, BE THE CHURCH.

On August 12, 2007, River Rock Church canceled Sunday services so that church and community volunteers could participate in service projects aiding the local and global community. That day, about 100 adults and children volunteered to make an impact in a variety of areas.

Projects at Share House
At Share House facilities in Hazel Dell and Orchards, volunteers renovated eight family bedrooms and the lobby, prepared dinner and revitalized a play area that was cordoned off with caution tape -- unsafe and unusable.

Camas Trail Clean up and Backpacks & School Supplies
That same day, middle and high-school students worked on trail improvements at LaCamas trail, while younger kids prepared back packs with school supplies for local elementary students in need.

First Aid Kits for the Philippines
Many of the younger kids prepared First Aid Kits for an adopted church in the Philippines and art kits for a school in Nepal.
